Our sessions are filmed using professional performance-analysis equipment to give every player detailed insight into their development. This high-tech environment mirrors top academy standards and ensures players aged 11–16 get the highest level of feedback, support, and progression.
Delivered by A and B Licence Coaches
Training is led by fully licensed academy-level coaches, supported by an experienced Physical Performance Coach specialising in speed and power. This combination ensures players receive world-class technical coaching and elite athletic development.

We welcome players who show a genuine desire to learn, work hard, and grow into elite footballers. Great attitudes are essential, and committed parental support plays a crucial role in helping each player reach their full potential within our academy environment.
Individual Development Plans
Every player receives a personalised Development Plan designed through close communication between the coach, parent, and player. This ensures complete alignment, positive relationships, and a clear pathway for long-term performance and personal growth.
Time to Make a Difference
Our academy is open to boys and girls aged 11 to 16 in Academies, playing for County or District Level as a minimum who are committed, hard-working, and eager to improve.
We have 60 spaces in total, split across two sessions. Each hour accommodates 30 players, ensuring high-quality, focused coaching.
Training takes place every Friday evening, delivered in two time slots:
• 6:00pm – 7:00pm
• 7:00pm – 8:00pm
All sessions are delivered at the brand-new Hamilton’s Leisure Complex in Tettenhall, Wolverhampton: Hamiltons Fitness, Danescourt Rd, Wolverhampton WV6 9BQ.
This modern facility provides an outstanding environment for high-level youth development.
Friday training ensures your child arrives at weekend matches fresh and ready to perform. Our sessions focus on: Technical development, Decision-making, Short, sharp power work with low physical load. This ensures improvement without creating fatigue before weekend fixtures.
Players benefit from a 6:1 player-to-coach ratio, providing unmatched individual attention and high-quality coaching.

Yes. Every player receives a personalised Individual Development Plan, which is reviewed and updated throughout the year, with targeted homework to support progress.
Yes. Parents get their own Touchtight login to:
• Track objectives
• Monitor progress
• Provide feedback
• Stay aligned with coaches throughout the season
Players receive access to professional video material, including position-specific clips, role responsibilities, and technical guides to study outside of training.
All sessions will be recorded as part of Touchtight’s coach education platform. Parents must accept that training footage will be captured, and short video snippets may be used on the Touchtight Coaching platform for coaches worldwide. We do not require players to appear on public social media, and any wider use will always respect safeguarding and privacy standards.
Yes. We have strong links with multiple professional academies across the Midlands. Our goal is to help talented players get noticed, support those already in academy systems, and raise performance to elite standards.
We offer two flexible coaching options:
• 6-week development block: £180
• 12-week extended development block: £320
Both options include weekly elite coaching, Individual Development Plans, parental access to the Touchtight system, position-specific video resources, and ongoing progress tracking. Payment is required within one week of acceptance to secure your child’s place.

Selection is based on:
• Playing level (Grassroots A-team, District, County, or Academy)
• Technical ability and game understanding
• Attitude, effort, and willingness to learn
• Parental support and commitment to the development process
We accept players who show the potential to improve rapidly in a structured, elite environment.
Yes — all coaches working at the Touchtight Academy are:
• DBS-checked
• FA-qualified or UEFA-qualified
• Experienced in youth development
• Trained in safeguarding, first aid, and communication with young players
• Specialists in either technical coaching or physical performance
